Your satisfaction is my priority at Autumns Treasures. Here's what you need to know about my refund and shipping policies for my lotion bars and lip balms.
My Refund Policy
If you have any issues with your Lotion Bars or Lip Balms, please contact me within 5 days of receiving your order so we can discuss a resolution. I'm here to help. Please understand that I cannot issue any refund based solely on scent preference. I do not accept any returns because my products are handmade and once they are used.
My Shipping Policy
Your order will typically leave my Dodson, Montana location within 2-5 business days if it's not Holidays or Weekends. I ship within the USA.
Once shipped, expect your Autumns Treasures to arrive within 5-10 business days. Please note, Autumns Treasures is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages once they are in the hands of the carrier.
Combined Shipping
If you've placed an order and wish to add to it, please contact me as soon as possible. I'll do my best to combine shipping, provided the initial order hasn't already been processed.
